Fleet Expansion and International Growth: DotOne Seir’s Operational Roadmap for 2025

Sadeghi-Majd, CEO of AvanSeir Road Transport Company, announced in an interview with the Public Relations Department of DotOne Value Creation Group that the company has outlined an extensive operational plan for the year 2025. He emphasized that these initiatives are designed to expand infrastructure, significantly grow the fleet, and enter new service areas and geographical markets.

The CEO of AvanSeir stated, “In the new year, we will take major steps to strengthen and expand AvanSeir’s position in the road transport industry. One of our key projects is the preparation and launch of the modern, dedicated Hassanabad terminal, which will provide the necessary infrastructure to support the expansion of our operations.”

He added, “Expanding our owned fleet to reach 1,000 freight trucks and obtaining the necessary permits for domestic and international cargo transport are among our top priorities this year. At the same time, we are vigorously working on developing infrastructure in line with fleet growth, including the completion of our intelligent control system and the expansion of roadside service centers (TIR parks).”

Sadeghi-Majd also highlighted the company’s expansion plans in specialized and international domains, stating: “As part of our strategy to develop petroleum product transportation and broaden cross-border operations, we are planning to establish transport companies in neighboring countries such as Iraq and Turkey.”

In another part of his remarks, the CEO of AvanSeir announced the company’s entry into the field of urban light transport, stating: “Launching a motor courier system for rapid parcel delivery and passenger transport is one of our key goals to meet the growing demands of the market in 2025.”

In conclusion, he emphasized that these collective initiatives will position AvanSeir on the path to becoming a powerful player in the regional logistics and transportation sector.
