DotOne Seir’s Strategic Alignment with the Group’s Master Plan; Restructuring for Fleet Expansion and National Impact

The strategic session on evaluating the structure and capabilities of AvanSeir Company—aimed at aligning its operations with the broader objectives of the DotOne Value Creation Group—was held on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, with the presence of the Group’s chairman, board members, and AvanSeir’s senior executives at the group’s headquarters.

In this session, AvanSeir’s current performance and organizational structure were thoroughly evaluated in terms of readiness for expansion—particularly its goal of reaching a fleet of 1,000 heavy-duty trucks by 2027. The primary focus was on assessing whether the existing framework is capable of fulfilling strategic transportation missions within the country, or if a fundamental restructuring is required.

Subsequently, the vice presidents of four key areas—Commercial Affairs, Finance and Economics, Planning, and Operations & Technical—presented reports on the current status, outlining priorities and upcoming challenges. Based on the overall conclusions, it was decided that the Planning Department will, within 15 working days, conduct a comprehensive review of ongoing processes and prepare proposals for structural reform and organizational performance improvement to be presented at the next meeting.

Dr. Sadeghi-Majd, CEO of AvanSeir, highlighted the company’s successful performance during the Nowruz holidays, particularly its role in supporting fuel distribution in major cities such as Tehran and Mashhad. He regarded this experience as a testament to the organization’s agility and sense of responsibility in critical situations.

The session concluded with a strong emphasis on the need for ongoing synergy between DotOne Group and AvanSeir, along with a firm commitment to enhancing the company’s role within the national logistics and transportation ecosystem.
