Realization of the investment strategy for rail-based production.

In an official ceremony held on Thursday, May 23, attended by industry professionals, transportation sector executives, and media representatives, the first tank and low-side wagons of DotOne Rail—resulting from a successful collaboration with Foolad Derakhshan Arak factory—were introduced into the national rail network.

This project, which began in February of last year, reached the stages of production, equipping, and operation in less than three months—whereas the typical timeline for launching such a production line is estimated to exceed six months.

The 40 freight wagons produced in this phase, each with an annual transport capacity of 800,000 ton-kilometers, collectively add over 32 million ton-kilometers of new capacity to Iran’s rail network.

This initiative provides a strategic capacity for the safe and cost-effective transportation of cargo across domestic and regional routes.
With the production and delivery of these wagons, over 800 sustainable job opportunities have been created both directly and indirectly— including 200 positions at Foolad Derakhshan and more than 600 roles among contractors, technical staff, drivers, and support teams.

This milestone, occurring in the early months of 1404 in line with the national slogan "Investment for Production," stands as a practical example of synergy between capital, industry, and private-sector management.

DotOne Rail, a subsidiary of the DotOne International Value Creation Group, is expanding its capabilities in the rail transport sector through the implementation of a dedicated fleet acquisition plan, which includes 600 tank wagons.

Relying on domestic capabilities, modern technology, and a regional outlook, DotOne Rail is charting its course not only along the rails but also across the broader landscape of Iran’s economic transformation.
