According to the DotOne Value Creation Group, as part of the final preparations for launching its electric taxi service, on Saturday, August 16, a comprehensive operational test was conducted with the full-electric “Changan” fleet on the Karaj–Tehran route and back.
This coordinated movement, which is part of the driver recruitment and training process, was designed as the final readiness test of the fleet. During this program, not only the technical performance of the vehicles under real urban and intercity traffic conditions was assessed, but also the performance of trained drivers, support systems, and mobile charging units was successfully evaluated.
The goal of this large-scale project is to create a fundamental transformation in the urban travel experience, contribute to reducing air pollution, and deliver services worthy of Iranian citizens. This successful trial demonstrated the full readiness of the DotOne Group to officially launch the service, which will soon start in Karaj. In later phases, the service will expand with 45,000 electric Toyota BZ3X and Changan taxis in Isfahan, Tehran, and other major cities.
The entry of this fully electric fleet into the public transportation system reflects the core values of DotOne Group, namely “Innovation,” “Foresight,” and sustainable “Empowerment” for society.
