Avan, as the beating heart of Iran’s new economic ecosystem, has entered the institutional phase.

As part of the ongoing institutionalization of DotOne Holding's position, the legal title "Avan International Group for Financial and Economic Development" with a private joint-stock structure has been officially registered with the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Real Estate in the country.

This legal registration, achieved through the meticulous efforts and follow-up of the group's legal department, has been recorded with registration number 641700 in the country’s legal entity database and has been visible since November 18, 2024, in the system of the General Directorate of Companies and Non-Commercial Institutions.

The official registration of this title not only gives a legal identity to the central brand and policymaker of DotOne Group but also signifies the group’s formal entry into a new phase of economic governance, infrastructure development, and international investment architecture.

From now on, Avan will not only be a name but also a legal, strategic, and influential entity in Iran’s economic landscape..
