A Journey Worthy of the Citizens:  Avan Safar’s Vision for Smart, Safe, and Green Transportation

Mahmoud Taraf, CEO of Avan Safar, announced in an interview with the Public Relations Department of DotOne Value Creation Group that the company is set to make a strong entrance into the urban transportation sector with a completely new approach, focusing on delivering services that meet the dignity and expectations of citizens. He highlighted the current gap in providing transportation services that meet high standards of comfort and safety, and emphasized that with the support of DotOne Group, Avan Safar aims to offer passengers a whole new travel experience.

Taraf stated: "Our goal is not merely to transport passengers, but to create a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for our fellow citizens. Based on this vision, and unlike conventional models, all vehicles in the Avan Safar fleet are owned by the group. Moreover, all drivers—both women and men—are officially employed, wear standardized corporate uniforms, and have undergone comprehensive training to deliver high-quality service.

He added: "The safety and peace of mind of passengers and their families is our top priority. Our vehicles are equipped with smart technologies for route tracking and journey monitoring. Additionally, one of our upcoming goals is to install in-vehicle cameras with storage capabilities and the option to share footage with families—especially for school transport or when children are traveling—offering an unprecedented level of security.”

The CEO of Avan Safar, emphasizing the company’s social and environmental responsibility, said: "The entire Avan Safar fleet consists of fully electric, environmentally friendly vehicles, as part of our effort to reduce air pollution and move toward sustainable transportation."

Taraf, speaking about the range of services, said: "In addition to regular rides, we will offer specialized services for organizations, high-traffic locations such as hotels, and school transportation with live route tracking available to parents. Advance booking, in-ride refreshments for special trips, and various payment options—including standard online gateways and even cryptocurrency to facilitate transactions, especially for foreign tourists—are among our competitive advantages.”

He added regarding the company’s development plans: "Our vision goes beyond passenger cars, and in the future, we will expand into urban and intercity bus services as well. For this year, our initial operational plan includes launching the service with 500 vehicles in Alborz Province, and 100 vehicles each in Kish and Qeshm Islands. The service will also be rolled out in other cities, including Tehran, by the end of the year.”

In conclusion, Taraf expressed hope that Avan Safar would, through its distinctive services, set a new standard in urban transportation and earn the full satisfaction of citizens.
